Hi, my partners and I have been trying to fix this issue for a week. Our SSL certificate expired, and we’ve been trying to generate a new one, but the certificate still doesn’t work and the website is not updating with the new certificate.

How can we resolve this?

We generated the SSL certificate using Let’s Encrypt through DirectAdmin, but it still doesn’t work and the website is not updating with the new certificate.

Also, the domain DNS records are not showing as secure.

Never heard of DNS records showing secure, they just show or they don't, probably I'm misunderstanding something.

Have you checked your logs to see what is going on? What is the log saying why it's refused?
Maybe give your domainname so we can do some checks as to what could be going on.

Actually, the SSL for my domain is showing as secure. I wanted to know how I can make the DNS for this domain also appear as secure. Does DA provide this feature? How can I make it show as secure?”

It currently shows:
Certificate - missing
This site is missing a valid, trusted certificate (net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID).

What do you mean by this, can you elaborate? Because DNS is just things like A records and CNAME etc. in a database.
So what exactly want to make secure? Since the SSL for your domain is showing as secure, I don't understand what you mean.

That's in contrary of what you say here:
Actually, the SSL for my domain is showing as secure.

It's either showing as secure or not. And the last lines say it's not. So please enlighten us where you would see it does show secure?
And provide us with the domain name so we can check what is going on.

In Direct admin there is the SSL section, there you can enable an SSL certificate for your domain.

Is it your server? Otherwise said... do you own the Directadmin license (be admin)? Or are you renting a hosting account from a hosting company? Because if that is the case, you're on the wrong place here asking support, because it could be the hoster has disabled ssl for your account for example.

We need more information to be able to help.
