mysql Managment - in skin showing alert

Why is there an Alert symbol next to the database_name ?

Account was set initially with Unlimited space.. then I changed to 12GB.
It has only databases in it. no files.

Is there a threshold value that alerts on database size? Or is it a problem with the database? (what specifically?)

I pressed the Manage button and found an explanation:
