MySql won't reboot, can't access phpMyAdmin

My server is fine. We have rebooted the server but MySql won't restart. So, website won't come up. Need to know how to fix this problem or please refer me to someone who can assist

Enable mysql logging and check logs.

try to restart mysql and if doesnt work try killall -9 mysql and then start mysql
