Name Servers Issue

From Admin, I set the Name Servers for Name Server 1 ns1.xx.com and Name Server 1. ns2.xx.com. xx .com works fine.
From the Domain Management, I add a new domain, aa.com, and is assigned with ns1.xx.com and ns2.xx.com. From domain company, I point dns of the new domain to ns1.xx.com and ns1.xx.com, but we I visit new domain, got an error,
"502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.22.0"
Could you please tell me how to fix it? thanks

Doubtfull, because if you only enter those in the admin section, nothing further happens, only names are created.
You have to add A and NS record for both nameservers in the xx.com domain for them to function.

After that, be aware that new nameserver configuration can take up 4-48 hours to synchronize around the world.

Ensure must have glues records (ns1, ns2) pointer to the server IPs and allow access port (53) from the outside.

you can test the nameserver by using command

dig aa.com @ns1.xx.com

Thanks for both quick reply. I check every step you recmommad me to do. Please check the attached.
webhostingtips net is the main domain, it works. But other domains using ns1.webhostingtips.net. and ns2.webhostingtips.net. doesn't work.

Seems the nameservers are not listed at your registrarsite in the parent nameservers https://intodns.com/webhostingtips.net

Solved, just follow your advice, add a new site for xx.com domain with A and NS record. Thanks guys
