nameservers misdirecting aver user move

I moved user1 to reseller1 via the admin tool. Now I can't access user1's web page online, instead it directed to the reseller's automatically generated web site. I deleted the site and not it gets 404.

I checked the dns and nameservers and everything looks right. All of user1's files are intact.

Where is the confusion?
The site http://www.alyhana.com should direct to a page with a picture of a cat.
