Hi,

I'm hoping a server expert can help with a problem we are facing.

Problem:
We're running DirectAdmin on a dedicated server with Apache+NginX and now Varnish. We just installed after having read this post, but now all sites (http and https) return 404. Also, changes made in the DA admin panel (UNIXy.Net Varnish Cache) does not get saved.

Hoping someone can help and maybe this can turn into a long and profitable business partnership.

Thanks,

Thomas

Maybe you forgot to modify the Nginx templates or configure Varnish?

Hello,

As for UNIXy.Net Varnish Cache Plugin you should better contact them.

Directadmin does not support Varnish officially. Directadmin support nginx, nginx+apache and apache modes.

So you should decide whether or not you have the necessity to use Varnish.

ModSecurity is low!

Is it necessary to use Varnish cache with Apache+NginX?
The problem.

ModSecurity is low. The varnish plugin loads the rules in RAM and is faster.

Yes, it can be used with Apache + Nginx. There is no problem And not. I do not represent that company.

Regards.
