Need help to Enable/Disable this features

I need some help to enable and disable these features for customers or globally on the DA server

1. Disable Sub-Domain feature for customers
2. Disable unnecessary loggings on the server to improve performance
3. Export client Data in Excel and advance filtration

1. create packages with limited number of sub-domains and/or even w/out sub-domains
