I just purchased a "personal" license after my trial expired. I didn't remember that I set up direct admin on the primary and two subdomains -- couldn't see that because it wouldn't load due to expired license. The personal license complains that I can only have one instance. I need to upgrade to the LITE license so I can get up to 10 instances of directadmin. There is no way that I can see to do this upgrade. Furthermore, when I try to open a ticket to upgrade the license, I get an error message "This license does not qualify for DirectAdmin Support. Please use community options, such as the forum."
