Need to upgrade "no support" license - ticket system won't let me create ticket to upgrade

I just purchased a "personal" license after my trial expired. I didn't remember that I set up direct admin on the primary and two subdomains -- couldn't see that because it wouldn't load due to expired license. The personal license complains that I can only have one instance. I need to upgrade to the LITE license so I can get up to 10 instances of directadmin. There is no way that I can see to do this upgrade. Furthermore, when I try to open a ticket to upgrade the license, I get an error message "This license does not qualify for DirectAdmin Support. Please use community options, such as the forum."

This is a catch-22. HOW do I upgrade this license?????

The issue is that your IP already has a DirectAdmin license so it cannot get another one. So if you want to change the license you need to contact directadmin via email to get this done.
