New email account setup

When a general user creates an email account, it sets up perfectly. But i get a problem:

1) Emails can be sent out with no problems at all.

BUT

2) When they try to receive emails, the original sender receives a bounce back.


The disk usage is below half on their accounts etc... And it happening to new addresses for some reason. All old addresses work perfectly.

Whats going on here?
 
We have no idea because you haven't given us anything to go by.

For example a nonworking email address.

I sent a test email. It hasn't come back. But trying to read it via squirrelmail results in an imap error; are you running imap on your server? Logging in with UebiMiau (/webmail) works but there's no email there :( .

The email will take about 2 days to go back to you lol.

Unfortunately, no imap on server. :(


I done dns checks on the email address, and the reports seem fine.... oddly.
 
Yes, it came back this afternoon retry timeout exceeded.

I can't think of any way to resolve it without watching your server while sending an email.

We can do that but we're expensive. Perhaps you should contact DirectAdmin support.
