Without knowing excactly what you need help with, I'm guessing since you said you've already got a website - you will need to upload your website to your FTP account.
To do this, you need an FTP client (like FileZilla - you can get FileZilla from http://www.filezilla-project.org).

Did you register this domain name with a registrar and input the nameservers? We do not offer domain name registration, only web hosting. We recommend a company such as godaddy.com. If you would like a free subdomain, it is in the format of http://yournamehere.ugs1.net

Interesting that your hosting provider doesn't offer Domain Registration.
By the sounds of it you will need a domain name. They've made a suggestion of where to get one - or go with a free one through them.

Its great that you are a conscientious host. But there are thousands out there that are not. Its because of those that I support the warning.

As Floyd has already written, please let us know your domain name if you want help here. But note that this forum isn't really meant to be a first-level support forum for clients of hosting companies. About all we can do (and please nobody do it) is fight for your business.
