new user email bouncing

I HAVE A DEDICATED SERVER AND UNDER A RESELLER ACCOUNT, i have just created a new user, when anyone sends him an email it just bounces back undelivered. any idea what i did wrong when creating this new user. DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE MX SETTINGS FOR THE NAMESERVER

It's pretty hard to guess what anyone would have to do.

For example, what would the local auto mechanic say if I walked in and said:

My car is stuck at home. It won't work. Do I need to fill the gasoline tank?

Let's start the debug process by posting the domain name and the IP# it should be pointing to.
