Nginx website custom configuration

Hi,
is it possible as reseller to configure some custom configuration for Nginx at website level?

I know this is possible as admin into custom HTTPD configuration, but resellers needs to do this as well because some websites could need some custom Nginx configuration and they cannot ask to admin everytime.
