Here is the conclusion about the report on the technical incident between Softaculous and the DirectAdmin Evolution theme.

We have an option in Softaculous admin panel and Reseller Panel to show Softaculous in Native UI i.e. load Directadmin/cPanel Header and footer and show Softaculous within the panel. Due to recent changes in Directadmin theme evolution this is not supported and we need to work with Directadmin team to fix this.

On your server this setting was enabled in one of the Reseller's panel due to which the users that were owned by this reseller faced this issue. We disabled this setting from the Reseller panel and Softaculous works fine now.

We will add support for Native UI back in Directadmin evolution theme soon.
