No backup was made and something about phpmail/sendmail
Hello
I just installed DA on my CentOS 5.3 x86_64 and everything seemed to be working fine. Then I moved my whole webste from Windows Server to this one. After everything is set-up. I've found that backup system is not working.
When I click "Create Backup". DA says "Backup creation added to queue,
You will receive a message when it's complete.". And no backup was made and sure there is no email for this. I tried create a "backups" folder in user's ftp root but no lucks.
And I just notice later that phpmail and sendmail are not working from SMF/joomla, I have to use SMTP server from Windows Server instead(did not try smtp from this linux system). Do I have to set something in php.ini?
Sorry for asking that much, but I really am new to linux and this kind of system. I'm sure my installation was fine. This is my third time. But the different in this installation is MySQL 5.1.39 installation in custombuild by editing options.conf and "./build update" & "./build mysql". I don't know if this could affect my DA backup system.
I'm running this website on this System. www.XGN.in.th
Please tell me if there is any infos or logs is needed.
Any helps or suggestions will be highly appreciate.
