No connection with imap server

Sinds the last update of DirectAdmin (DirectAdmin 1.689) problem with e-mail, Update Direct Admin look like succesfull, but i can not connect the imap server.
The client on my phone as Micrsoft Office Outlook can not connect with the imap server. I can not connect with my email with Roundcube of the server. it look like that there is something changed afther the last update.

When i look in: "Mail Queue Administration", there i see the mail what is hanging and not coming to the mailbox

Hello,

Thank you for the details of your setup. But it is still not clear, why you can not connect to the IMAP server. And what error do you get? Is dovecot running at all? Is it a timeout error? Or TSL/SSL related one?
 
When I will open with roundcube it's say van not connect with imap. It's a time out out. Dovecon is still running. I use imap on port 993 and smtp on 465

I shall later send the log about the connetion, bur that van be in few hours

Not related again. I was referring to logs from RoundCube, neither PHP nor a webserver.

Once again in order to see what is wrong you need to either check debug logs of an imap session in roundcube or analyse dovecot logs.

Dovecot logs can be found on the server already. They are written by default. In order to enable imap debug in roundcube you will need to adjust roundcube config file. Check documentation on how to do it.

As soon as you get debug details from roundcube you might share them here on the forums.

If it is something beyond your expertise, you might open a ticket with directadmin support or hire someone (including me) for this job.

The logs show core dumps in dovecot. Usually it happens when a service crashes. It is either due to a RAM shortage or libraries. You will need to investigate it deeper. There is no way to troubleshoot crashes and core dumps on the forums.

If you don't know how to debug software crashes, try and downgrade dovecot to a previous version.

P.s. to be sure the lines are related to roundcube, a debug from IMAP session of roundcube might still be required.

Exim is already downgrade, with last update i think, but how can i downgrade Dovecot?

I think its more related to imap? because outlook is also not working
 
But what is there different between the versions, that the last update is not working?

You can find a changelog on the official site of dovecot. I didn't get any other report from either customers of mine or other users on the forums. Probably directadmin developers have some in their tickets system.

If you want me to answer your question in details I will need to connect to your server and investigate the issue on my own.
