no permission to access / after domain name change

hello,

i changed a domain name today with the DA tool. after that i couldn't get on the website any more. because i get the next message

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i didn't change any thing else then the domain name

some extra times
httpd reload
did the trick
