No skin selection in admin

I want to change the skin in the admin CP but there is no place to do so. How can I change the skin to the "power user" skin which is much faster than the default.

Change yourdomain above and it'll drop you into the the page where you can edit the theme for admin.

Thanks for responding so quickly. That link takes me to the same page as I get when I log in at http://mydomain:2222/ and this page does not have any link to "change skin". Am I missing something?

List Administrators -> Click Admin -> Modify Admin User Data -> Change skin at the bottom
