No Ticket Response

Is there any way to expedite a response from a ticket which has been ignored for 12 days?
 
Well maybe an admin will see it, but it’s not normal that you have to wait 12 days, but what’s the issue?
 
DNS records are not updating/propagating after several days.
Also down time on the server.
No support response.
 
Well, maybe you have to contact your hosting company, this is the forum for DirectAdmin panel software.

Maybe you did contact your hosting company, but we can’t help with that as this is not there forum.
You can share your domain name here, or send me a PM so i can maybe take a look.

Also name the name of the hosting company so maybe someone has an idea.
 
DirectAdmin is NOT a hosting company.
A hosting company payes DirectAdmin to use there software to serve there clients.

What company do you pay every month for your server?


Just like windows/Microsoft did not make your HP computer, eventho it is running windows, if there is an issue with your pc you have to contact HP
 
None the less, the DNS management is set in the Direct Admin portal and is not operating as it should and is causing serious issues with no response from the customer support.
 
well, is the DNS setup correctly? Maybe you use the DNS of the hosting company instead of your own. Maybe the other way around.

Please send me a link to one of your sites in a PM, or share it here on the forum that way i might be able to see what is going on.

Also DirectAdmin is not responsabele for how your DNS is setup, even when you use their software, the same like your ISP is not responsabele for you not having internet because your ethernet cable got destroyed by the cat.

This forum is made so we as user can help each other, but when the problem is at the Hosting company we cant do anything (except advice you on how and what)

Did you buy a DirectAdmin license from DirectAdmin or did you get it from the hosting company? If you didn't buy it from DirectAdmin then you have no right to have your tickets answered by them.

I bet that he opened a ticket to his hosting company ;)
 
You can try reaching out to the support team via email for your ticket. Hopefully this will help.
