No way to login to 1 email acount

Hi,

I have a customer that one of the email acounts there is no way to login.

It allways says "password or user name wrong"

So I reinstall the email password. Did not fix it.

Delete the account and create it again. Did not fix it.

The problem just happend at the webmail


Any other mail is working well

Any suggestion?

Is that the primary e-mail account, or some other e-mail account created later on?

Does this only happen to webmail? Is the mail address working via mail client or same issue then?
 
Could you check that if you remove the account, it's also removed from the roundcube database?
Be sure to wait at least 1 minute after removeing the account or check the task.queue so you can really be sure DA is at ease and done what it should have done.

I'm having a thought that maybe for some reason the roundcube database is getting corrupt or not working correctly since it only happens on webmail.

In that case maybe removing and reinstalling roundcube might fix things.
