Not able to change A record and C Name

Hi,

I am trying to change the A record and CNAME for a custom domain on my tumblr blog.

I have read all of the help however i am so lost.

Domain: vancouverstylelab.com

CNAME: domains.tumblr.com

Would you be able to give me and example of what my DNS settings should look like?
