Hey all..

I'm not getting any response to my question regarding adding a feature to DA.. can somebody either explain to me if I have posted in this forum incorrectly, or just provide some guidance for getting this question solved?

If you want faster support, you should send in a ticket.
 
I tried sending a ticket, but the ticket system informed that the product is licensed by a 3rd party, and that I need to get support through them.. but they said I need to reach out to DirectAdmin, as they only sell the license as a part of my server, they don't support the actual product.

No they need to reach out to DA, they sell, they are responsible for support. If they don't support the product, they're not the best company I guess. Because then you're limited to forum support, you could also get a personal license for yourself if you sped money on that company.
Anyway, I've seen reply's in your other thread so hope it will be fixed for you.

Thanks for the info. Overall the company are very good, I'm pretty pleased with my pricing and unlimited license for DirectAdmin.. but as a DA newbee, it would have indeed been nice to have a bit of extra support from them.

That being said, I do believe that they're kinda new to the service too? Either way, I'm pleased to say it's solved now:
