not sending a e-mail from outlook

i am new hear and i can't find a toppic about this.

i can not send e e-mail with mij own e-mail account [email protected] but i can recieve mails. what do i wrong??

We've got no way of knowing.

More often than not the problem is that your ISP is blocking port 25 access off their network.

You should ask your hosting company to help you.

Perhaps they'll advise you to use port 587 instead of port 25. Or perhaps they'll come up with a different solution.
