I have a user complaining that a certain domain cannot email them. It always bounces or takes days to get through. I cannot seem to find any problems on our end though and have no one else complaining and lots of email accounts(>1000).
Anyway, the domain there emailing from seems to score very poorly at DNS report.

Seems as though there DNS server/s are very slow. The error they seem to get is this.
>>451 bbwi.net: Name server timeout
Is there anything I can do on my end with configuration on the Directadmin server? I am running on Fedora Core 2 right now. My Internet connectivity is with AT&T and out right rocks. My domain gets high scores at Dnsreport.com and Dnsstuff.com. What can I do to fix this?
