NS2 IP is "Unknown"

When I create a new User, the received admin Eamil inform that

"NS2 IP: unkonws"

Which is quite un-acceptable.

1. How I can disable the boht IP in Auto Email to Customers or

2. Enter the IP Address in NS2 to let it show in the email
