Number of domains, emails, ftp accounts, etc not correct

Hello,

I am using WHMCS to create users, because of an manual error whmcs tried to create a username with a capital in it (TaxiH). As this is not allowed in DirectAdmin setting up the domain failed.

But after several tries i noticed the counter on the reseller page increased each time i tried to register the domain in whmcs. I fixed the automated setup issue, but i still see the wrong number of: domains, ftp accounts and mail addresses.

How can i correct these numbers?

Well, ticket is still open there, but i asume they are going to tell that me the error is on DirectAdmin creating an account which can not be finished because of a wrong username.

Just to make sure you understand my question: How can i correct the numbers in DirectAdmin?

I managed to fix this by running the stats manual.

Stats do not update until the cronjob is run and it only runs once daily.
