One question about Let's Encrypt!

Hi,

I read posts in DA forum regarding Let's Encrypt installation about 2 days. But i a little confused.
Can anyone clearly let me know that if i have domains already with Comodo SSL certificates, can i install a Let's Encrypt certificate only for my.hostname.com without any side effects on my domains or not? I need it just for my DA which runs on non-default port (not 2222 but 5857).

I concern that this

which will also install the new cert/key/ca files in all respective global places for apache, dovecot, exim, ftp, and DirectAdmin.

will effect on my domain which already use SSL certificates.

I use nginx/apache as webserver.

Hello Sergey,

If you add my.hostname.com as a regular domain with its own public_html then you can add a cert for it without effecting other services and overwriting existing certs.
