Good day,
I receive daily backups via cron which get downloaded off-site.
These are:
.sql for database
.tgz for files and mail
Wanting to restore I uploaded it to the site "Backups" folder via FTP.
Then after adding .tgz to archive to result in .tar.tz,
Restore function only pick up the database backup to restore and even then it results in an error.
The restore function "see" the listed backups but the restore button keeps being unavailable for files and email restore.
Kindly assist with the advice, I could not see similar on forum search.
