Only overview for resellers

Hello,

Sorry for my terrible english.

I have directadmin on my server.
One client have more than one account on my server.

Now I can make him reseller.
But I don't want that he can create accounts by himself.
I want to make a reseller, which can only see the accounts according to him, and change emails, passwords etc in these accounts.
But I don't want that resellers also can create new accounts, or delete accounts.
New accounts can only according to him by the administrator.

Is it possible to make resellers who only can see the accounts according to him?
So it's not really a reseller, but I call it a overviewer.
Is something like this possible? And how can i do this.

It defeats the purpose of a reseller but you can just create the reseller then limit the amount of domains he can add to the amount he already has. Also you could give him a custom skin.

Is there a reason why you can't just give him the ability to create multiple domains on the same account?
