Open DNS Server?

I get a few errors when checking my domain with dnsreport.com. What does it mean when I have an open DNS server, and how can I fix this?

I have another problem. Sometimes my second name server times out. Actually, it does this a lot. I dont know why.

You don't give us enough information.

second name server is not descriptive enough of your nameserver setup.

Is your second nameserver a slave nameserver? Is it running on a DA system? Or what?

Its another primary. Its running on the same computer as my first name server. I set up all the DNS stuff via direct admin.
