Open letter to Directadmin , email sent and waiting for reply.

I list all information with real email address with real name , hope to be proofed that this is not a abuse case. This email was already sent via email address which DA reverted at 23,Nov,2023 , [email protected] . Post it here to make sure there has no email delay and email was filtered for whatever reasons.

Dear Support Team

I would like to clarify that the account 22XX , is owned by me with no doubt.

I would like to explain the case detailing as I can.

I am the founder of the company , the company since around 2000 and having serval staffs. My first licenses bought from DA since 2005 , registering the account with contact name Archy Cho . My company which still exist with Hong Kong Business Registration continuously , if you need such documents I could provide to you , business registration with my HKID . From the starting to now , the company owned 100% by me and my name is same as my HKID card.

One of the staffs told me the account could not be login , please to accept we are not a one man company. Than I tried to use your support portal ( Mail form ) to ask , but with no reply at all. After serval weeks , we found the password back and login successfully.

After login , I checked the email was not [email protected] , which I asked my staff to changed it before ( maybe for a few years ), hope you understand that we are not checking those information always .After I found the email address is not [email protected] , than I changed it. After the changed , the account was locked with all licenses deactivated .( I am not sure I found the de-activation before or after the change , we just found the licenses key was not working ) I found lots of reply from the forum that claiming I have violate your terms , so that make us extreme confuse and always wait for your ticket reply for a long time , it makes the impression to us that you wish to terminated our licenses with no reason.

We have reset the password for serval times , since of our communication fault internally. Please note [email protected] was just a email forwarding alias of [email protected] , and I apologize that our internal communication problems make the case trouble. Also the email alias [email protected] was not working 100% at the past because of technical reasons , and it was fixed now , please to understand that not all staff are technically well , and there has a fight for email server settings as spam and virus filter always.

We changed the email from [email protected] to [email protected] , you reverted our account to [email protected] , and thinking we may be cracked .
After the change , I use [email protected] to get back the new password of reset to solve your confuse , I use [email protected] make the account request again , asking to change the email address to [email protected] , to fit you did not accept free email account , than you banned again.If changing email address could not be approval , please just ignore the request , and not account banned.

Please note , I think there will have no high levels crackers like to crack us for Directadmin Licenses although Directadmin is a good software .

Please advise how to get back the account working and what action could resolve your confuse , please note there 100% have no cracking activities within this period.

Hope to see your reply whatever what you think , and please don't just ignore .

The key , DA claims that I am cracking my account ,
after reset to the old email address will have no problem ,
but banned again and again.

I hope DA is really protecting customers instead of just killing our licenses.
 
The account could not be login for password was removed again now , and all email address could not be used for password reset , which included the email address [email protected] , which reverted by Directadmin and was successfully login yesterday .

Please do not make any spam if who is not represent for Directadmin , thanks for reading to all.

Whahahaha this guy said they did not offer hosting on there site… i-services.com.hk has packages ??

Eventho i’m against banning people on this forum…. You are coming very close to me hoping DA finds a ban button.

Okay english is not your first language, also it’s not mine… but you change story’s more often than something else.

Please for the sake of everyone, read before you buy next time. And dont cry afterwards.
