Optimize MySQL 5.7.31

My VPS have new installation of DirectAdmin

Memory Information
Total Memory 415.02 MB
Free Memory 25.84 MB
Available Memory 102.69 MB
Total Swap Memory 2 GB
Free Swap Memory 1.6 GB
Cached Swap Memory 46.02 MB

Do I need to do Optimize MySQL?

You need more RAM, at least 2GB physical ram and not swap

I have upgrade my VPS to as below:

Memory Information
Total Memory 1.72 GB
Free Memory 293.95 MB
Available Memory 1.07 GB
Total Swap Memory 2 GB
Free Swap Memory 1.93 GB
Cached Swap Memory 32.35 MB

But I try run this cmd show the error:

[root@server21 custombuild]# cp -f /usr/share/mysql/my-large.cnf /etc/my.cnf
cp: cannot stat ‘/usr/share/mysql/my-large.cnf’: No such file or directory
