Hello Everyone,
I've been using Direct Admin since 2005 and I know enough to get myself around but when it comes to anything a little bit more advanced, I revert back to the data center for help. In this instance, the data center has been a bit less than helpful and I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Here's the situation... I'm having issues when sending e-mail outbound to other people. I've confirmed that my IP's are not on any blacklist Reverse DNS has been set up by the data center and for the most part (3 out of 5) IP addresses Forward and Reverse DNS matches. On the IP that my sites are sitting on the Forward/Reverse DNS does not match according to senderbase.org and the Data Center swears that this is the problem.
In some instances, the e-mail bounces right back to me as undeliverable; in others, the e-mail doesn't come back, but the recipient never receives the e-mail.
if anyone out there has any thoughts or advice, I would appreciate hearing it.
Thanks!
