outgoing mail ip change

hi all
my server has 2 ip adresses a and b. a blocked from google and yahoo mail services. not blacklisted. just yahoo and google bloked for itself. i dont want to change whole server ip address. what must i do after change outgoing mail ip address to b. or what is your suggestion?

thankyou smtalk. i found this. is there anything to do? i just add interface = 1.2.3.4 to exim.conf. thats ok? any dns change? mail server settings? spf records? dkim? if there are sone thing to do how can i do automaticaly?
