Outlook & Outlook Express

I have followed the instructions on the Help Page to get my email set up in either Outlook or Outlook Express and neither of them are working.

After I added my domain name to the hosting account, and set up emails, it should work.

I think there is a step that I am missing...Can some one please help me out.

The mx record shows mail.

The email addresses are set up.

Both the incoming and outgoing are telling me that it can't find the server.

Unless you own a copy of DirectAdmin running on your own server, this question should be directed to your hosting provider.

If youy are, then you'll need to provide us with real information for us to help you.
