Overselling not working

I have set the server to oversell. In Administrator settings, the setting of: Suspend a Reseller and his Users when the Reseller goes over his Bandwidth limit is not checked. But still a user has been suspended when it reached it's set limit of 20000 MB. How is this possible?

Is the user being suspended a reseller?

I have set the server to oversell.

As a reseller you should uncheck "Suspend At Limit" in all packages in Directadmin.

I wasn't aware of that setting! Gonne adjust that for all the servers.
