Permission denied

Hi,
I got 2 domains at co.cc. When I go to the control panel and use the file administrator, i follow the instructions: go to the domains directory and then choose the domain I want to upload to, but it says "Permission Denied".

Why is this? is it an admin problem? do I need to do something special?

Please, send us a screenshot of what you've got there, as it's hard to understand what the file administrator you're talking about.

the first one is the File Manager, located in the domains folder

The second one is when I click on the domain folder, it says I don't have permission.

But I had set up the DNS in both domains and it is supossed to be correct.

As Andrea already stated, you've got wrong permissions there. If you buy a hosting, then you should ask your hosting company for a help. If you've got root access via SSH, you need to fix permissions (change the owner).

p.s. Maybe it's time to move to another hosting company, since they make you to wait for a solution?
