Permissions FTP account

Im new in this Forum...

How to give permissions to an FTP account so that it can not delete files on the client Filezila?

I need to modify some files from php?
I need to change any option in DirectAdmin?
Can I have an ftp user with read-only, write, and he or she can upload and download files from the server?

You cant do it with directadmin. You can with proftpd ifuser variables if you have that mod. Maybe a directory limit too.
