I have 2 ip's (ns1.mycompany and ns2.mycompany) and I need personal DNS's for each new reseller.

When i create reseller, i choose "Personal DNS's: Uses 2 IP's, domain uses one of them" option and "Share Server IP: Allow Reseller to create sites with server IP - ON" but i get the error:
"You have not given the reseller any IP's. Unable to create an assigned IP domain or any nameservers without any"

So, when i create reseller with "Personal DNS's: NONE" - all ok.

Does anyone tell me, how i can setup personal dns's for resellers only on two server ip's?

You can easily create "own" nameservers by adding 2 A records two the domain's DNS zone:
ns1 -> primary nameserver IP
ns2 -> secondary nameserver IP
(using the nameserver IPs from your own nameservers)

When those are registered as nameservers with the domain registrar the reseller can use ns1.hisdomain.com and ns2.hisdomain.com.

Gives the same effect, but doesn't waste IPs ;)

You can also check the Virtual Box and setup nameservers that way.

My question is this . . . are the virtual nameservers as good as IP ones? Or is it suggested to assign the reseller two-three IPs and let them create nameservers that way?

That being said, if I setup a package with no IPs and Virtual Nameservers, how hard is it to change if I move to IP nameservers?

That should not be a problem at all, apart from changing the nameserver IPs with the domain registrar. However there basically isn't any difference between virtual nameservers and IP-based nameservers, apart from the used IP address.
