Personal vs Lite License Abilities

I'm looking to run a few instances of DA, with a personal license at home, and a Lite license on a cloud VM. Can a personal license be upgraded to Lite, and at a later time be downgraded again as long as the 1 account / 10 domains limit is respected (and there are no expectations of a refund for partial licenses, including the Personal 12 month commitment)?

Is there any option to increase the domain count on Personal for an extra fee? Does the limit on Personal impact email accounts?

Yes, it's possible to upgrade the license. There is no option to increase the domain limit on Personal license. Number of email accounts is not limited.
