OK, the issue exists, everything seems to be done correct, and it is still not clear what is behind it.

Try to rebuilt/recompile a webserver whatever it is litespeed or openlitespeed, re-build all PHP versions with ./build php and run ./build rewrite_confs after all.

If nothing happens you'd better open a ticket with Directadmin support and provide login details so they could check it.

If I connect to your server to investigate the issue and fix it you will be charged an hourly rate.

If you want to keep resolving your issue here, be prepared to provide as much details as possible:

and here a full output of ./build options will be required as well as your OS version, and content of config file for a virtual host from LiteSpeed / OpenLiteSpeed.
