php error: out of memory on Wordpress. How to fix error?

Hi, I don't know if anyone has had the same problem as me but keeps showing the error [STDERR] PHP: Out of memory even though I increased the memory limit a lot. I use Wordpress running on OpenLiteSpeed.

Any instructions. Thanks!

try to disable some plugins, maybe some outdated or just bad.

What is a lot? If you run an ecommerce site, using a plugin like Woocommerce, you need to give php something like 256MB of memory.
