John, couldn't this be done more simply by just a bit of code in the files section of DA to allow files owned by apache to be deleted if in the user's home path?

Or am I missing something?

By files do you mean the FileManager? The current issue I have to deal with is the fact that the filemenager is completely chrooted and without root privileges (100% dropped to the user, not euid) at the point of file deletion. I'll figure out a workaroun for that (2nd type of chroot *with* root or something like that for apache commands)

Of course . I must be getting old.

If you can do it this way I think it'd be better. But that's just me .
