Does the general tone of the advice that "mod_ruid2 only applies to mod_php" still apply?

I noticed DA default install has mod_ruid2 = no, with php-fpm. Are there benefits to mod_ruid2 even when using php-fpm these days?

Mod_ruid2 is a suexec module for mod_php.

Just use PHP-FPM. Mod_php works in prefork mode which is incompatible with HTTP2.
