Php not building after mysql upgrade?

I just upgraded Mysql 5.5.40 to 5.5.41.1 on 3 servers.
On the CB 1.2 server, after the upgrade, php was automatically rebuilded.
This did not happen on the CB 2.0 servers.

Is it not needed anymore with CB 2.0?

CustomBuild 2.0 uses MySQLnd (MySQL native driver), so PHP reinstallation after update of MySQL is not required anymore.
