The title pretty much says it. We followed the steps to disable public access to phpmyadmin, requring that users click the PMA icon in the MySQL management section in order to access it. This works beautifully. The problem is that the UI skin contains a link under "Extra" to go to phpMyAdmin, and that link doesn't appear to use the SSO so the user is presented with an error page saying that they must access phpmyadmin from the control panel, which is very confusing to the user, since that's where they clicked the link in the first place
