Hello,
We have multiple reseller accounts in our directadmin account. But they are misconfigured. In fact, they have to be user accounts. That's why I'm recreating the accounts. There was no problem.
Here's how I do it.
accounts opened in
I form it. so i have a main reseller account. there is no problem and everything works but i can't access phpmyadmin.
extras > phpmyadmin
When I click on the link, it takes me to the phpmyadmin page.
redirects to the page. This also returns an error. I cannot give these accounts to my customers in this state. So I need to solve this problem urgently.
The interesting thing is that if you log into my administrator account somewhere in the browser, I can access phpmyadmin. There is no way and no reason to give my clients my administrator account.
I look forward to your valuable assistance in this matter. My problem is very urgent, thank you all.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm still trying to learn. Yours sincerely
