phpmyadmin is blank

Hallo everybody

i was on my way to do some editing in mysql where i realized that it didn't function

i don't have a 404 error it just gives me a blank page

i searched on google already and checked if het folder is there and it is with contents

when i try to op [ip]/phpMyAdmin/ it gives me a blank page
also [ip]/phpMyAdmin/index.php gives me nothing

i updated my server and directadmin to the latest version
and joomla and copper mine work fine so it shouldn't be a php or mysql issue

please i need some help
