How the hell do you whitelist phpmyadmin totally from mod_security?...... These OWASP rules are always annoyingly messing up phpmyadmin.

Granted, the average user wouldn't fully utilise phpmyadmin, however, developers, on the other hand, will - like me - test things with it.
