You can't. The primary e-mail address is based on the unix account. You can just create another one.
Or if you are the admin, change the accountname to the required name.

If you mean [email protected], created with every account in directadmin, then it can not be changed. See: https://docs.directadmin.com/other-...unts.html#why-is-there-a-system-email-account

If you mean an email account, that is assigned as a contact address to an every account in directdadmin, then it can be changed in users details.

If you want to use email as "[email protected]" sender or recipient, just create the forwarders.
