We've been a customer of DirectAdmin for 15 years, and from a product standpoint there's no reason for us to look elsewhere.
But support is a different story. Each time we raise a support ticket the issue is not read or understood, or we get a "here's a link"-reply that doesn't even answer the question. It's appalling at times. We need to spend a ton of time to get the simplest of replies.
I understand support can be difficult. And I also get that it can be a ton of work. But I cannot understand that support does not take the time to help you with a meaningful answer. It's just lazy and disappointing.
